I think this detox has revealed a gluten intolerance. Every time that I have something with bread, I immediately feel like shit. At this moment, that’s whole wheat pancakes with sugar-free syrup. Also, even though I still haven’t dropped massive weight my body shape’s changing, which I’ve been told may be less swelling from something like that.

But hey, I realized that my sugar addiction’s pretty much gone. I can drink unsweetened tea now, which I could NEVER do before. Score

I’ve also found that it’s pretty much impossible for me to eat unhealthily now, because beyond a few things I have no desire to indulge.
